Another month has flown by already and everyone’s desktop now needs a refresher, so here is this month’s free downloadable calendar. Just click to view full screen and then right click + save or set as wallpaper (depending on browser capabilities). Feel free to share!
May promises to be an exciting month. I currently have an exhibition set up at the Core Sound Museum on Harker’s Island, NC which is open to all. So if you’re in the area or vacationing and visiting Cape Lookout, stop by and have a look! The official opening reception will be the evening of Friday, May 25; it’s a free event!
Free Cover Photos For Your Facebook Timeline!
Thanks in part to the success of the monthly desktop calendars that I offer, I decided to offer up another goody- cover photos to spruce up your new Facebook Timeline. These are sized and optimized for Facebook viewing. You can right click + save these to your desktop or visit my Facebook page to see the album, which I’ll be adding new images to as time goes. Make sure you keep up with it to have the freshest images on your timeline!

February 2012’s Desktop Wallpaper Calendar
Occasionally I’ll have some trouble picking what image will be featured on the next month’s desktop calendar. As you know, I choose my favorite shot from the month before. January was a great month in that I got a lot of ‘keepers’ as I call them; solid shots that are portfolio worthy. Any month where I have more than one or two is considered a highy successful month.

Happy New Year everyone! I hope you all had a great 2011 and I’m wishing you the best in 2012. I’m really looking forward to this year and the photos that I’ll be able to share with you all and of course, the wallpaper will keep on coming! For the first wallpaper of the new year, I went with a slight design modification to help you better see the calendar portion. I had some feedback that the lettering was hard to read, so I added a low opacity box behind it. I hope that clears it up and makes it a little more useful!
This is the Surf City Pier in Surf City, NC. I hope it’s able to bring a little warmth to those of you who will soon be getting into the coldest part of winter this month!

December 2011 Wallpaper Calendar
For these I usually use my favorite image from the previous month. This time though, I thought it would be more appropriate to use a holiday themed photo from last December. If you’ve ever visited New Bern during Christmas, you know that downtown does a great job of decorating and getting into the holiday spirit!
There are a couple of options to download this image. First, click on the little icon in the right corner of the image to view it full size. Then you can right click on it and set it as your background or save it and set it from your local file. If you’re finding the quality isn’t what it should be, you may have a higher-res screen. For those of you, go here and download the highest res file. As always, it’s FREE. Share it with your friends and have a great holiday!
